Returns + Exchanges Policy

At Velmira Bags LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item

If you would like to exchange for a different style, color, or design, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will:

  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a full refund if a replacement is not available

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
